Personality Development classes are conducted for children of classes III to IX. These classes are aimed at grooming young girls and boys for manners and etiquettes, with a stress on value-based development of their personality. The curriculum designed for these classes takes into account two major aspects, which are, inculcating right values and the conventional rules of social behavior i.e. manners and etiquettes. The areas of development are as follows:
You and Your Home | You and Your Society | You and Your Country
The methodology consists of interactive sessions in a specially equipped laboratory for the purpose. Children are introduced to a variety of social and familiar situations and motivated to react. They are then guided towards the right directions and conclusions.Growing girls and boys are thus expected to develop the right kind of finesse, confidence, and humility to become complete and good human beings.
Do you know the importance of personality development for students?
Personality is what makes a person a unique. There are several components of personality, which are- temperament, character, and environment. Temperament is the unique set of genetic traits that decide the child’s approach to the world and how he learns about the world. Genes do not specify personality traits, but some genes do control the development of the nervous system, which in turn controls behavior. The combination of all these factors are responsible for creating a good or bad personality of an individual. If you are in the growing years, then it is easy for you to shape your personality as compared to the ones who are grown. This is because, changing your habits, opinions or perspective is much easier when you are young than those who are grown up. Understanding the importance of personality development for students, we have clubbed several ways using which you can shape up your personality for good.
